Our Team

Alicia Cahill

Co-Founder/Head of Consulting/Special Needs

Alicia has 9+ years as a speech-language pathologist (SLP). She has several certifications to include: PROMPT, Educate 2B! Mindfulness and Social-Emotional Learning and is a certified Radiant Child Yoga instructor. She has worked with children of all ages including toddlers to teenagers. She is a dedicated professional with a degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Stockton University and a master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Adelphi University. Prior to becoming an SLP, she was an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instructor and a 1:1 aide for several children with special needs. Alicia provides substantial experience and leads the consultants from Growing Bellies and Babies! She is a foodie who enjoys dining out and beach time! Most importantly she is a MOM!

Bridget McKeown

Head of Nutrition

Bridget is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) and Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) with a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. Bridget completed her undergraduate degree in nutrition at West Chester University in Pennsylvania and went on to complete her dietetic internship and Master's degree at NYU. Bridget previously worked in private practice in Manhattan, counseling individuals regarding various aspects of health, including weight management, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, heart disease, IBS, and gestational diabetes. For the past five years, Bridget has been working in the outpatient oncology setting at a large hospital, providing nutrition counseling to patients before, during, and after their cancer treatment. Bridget is also a Board-Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO). In her spare time, Bridget enjoys doing yoga and spending time with family and friends at the beach. She also was recently promoted to MOM!

Chris Boyce

Executive Chef

Chris started his culinary journey with humble beginnings in his grandmother's kitchen. He has come a long way since his days as a child taste tester and quality assurance.  His love of food and cooking grew throughout his childhood and exploded upon a trip to the French Quarter in New Orleans. It was at that time Chris decided to attend the Art Institute of NYC and pursue a career as a chef. His experience spans over 19 years and ranges from NYCs three-star Michelin restaurants, James Beard-nominated chef's kitchens, high-end boutique catering, private dining experiences, and numerous restaurants in NJ/NYC/and Philadelphia including the most recent Cafe Matisse, Mistral, and Elements. In the past six years, Chris has been focused on learning multicultural profiles and preparations with modern techniques. He has a love of the food industry and is looking forward to sharing his experience and passion! We are glad to have Chris leading and developing our food insights in partnership with our nutrition team!

Brendan Cahill

Co-Founder/CEO

Brendan has spent the last decade in the pharmaceutical industry where he held multiple roles to include sales, sales management, training, payer marketing and strategy, account management, and product management. He also currently serves in the Army National Guard as a commissioned officer to include a deployment to the middle east. He has a degree in Business Administration from St. Leo University and an MBA from Rutgers University.  Brendan leads the organization with operational and business insights, marketing, and corporate direction. Brendan enjoys the simplicity of brewing beer, BBQ, good ol’ fashioned conversation, and the birth of his daughter!
